Our Story
Express Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned business built on decades of hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a commitment to serving homeowners throughout Lexington and the surrounding communities.
Philip Green was raised in Stanford, Kentucky, and graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1987. He began his career working alongside his uncle installing residential HVAC systems before proudly serving in the U.S. Army. During his military service, Philip was stationed in Louisiana, Texas, and California before receiving an honorable discharge in 1992.
After leaving the Army, Philip continued expanding his technical knowledge by completing electrical trade school and earning his journeyman electrician’s license. His career included installing Siemens telephone switching systems throughout the eastern United States and managing microwave tower construction projects, where he inspected and installed communications equipment for major carriers including Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon.
Driven by his passion for the HVAC industry, Philip attended the South Florida Academy of Air Conditioning, graduating in 2011. He then joined a Lexington HVAC company, where he specialized in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing residential heating and cooling systems. Today, he brings decades of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC experience to every project as the owner of EXPRESS Heating & Air Conditioning.
A Lexington native, Brady Green graduated from Lafayette High School in 2014 and began his HVAC career assisting with residential system installations before enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 2016.
Following training at Naval Station Great Lakes, Brady served aboard the USS Iwo Jima as a Machinist’s Mate from 2016 to 2020. His military experience provided extensive training in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical systems while reinforcing the discipline and attention to detail that define his work today.
After completing his military service, Brady gained additional experience in testing and balancing environmental airflow systems and residential remodeling before joining Express Heating & Air Conditioning full-time. He now works alongside his father, helping homeowners throughout the Lexington area with dependable HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement services.
Together, Philip and Brady combine decades of experience, military values, and a dedication to honest workmanship to provide reliable heating and air conditioning solutions their customers can trust.
